At my 23 week visit yesterday, I finally got the ok to have sex! I have
been on pelvic rest pretty much my whole pregnancy due to a SCH. I still
have it, but OB gave the ok to resume relations.
Also, I am still
tracking my BP and OB stated if I have 2-3 high readings in a row, she
will put me on medication. I will also be getting ultrasounds every 4
weeks now because of my BP to monitor baby weight. She stated BP can
cause small babies due to restricted blood flow. She is keeping me on
rest the remainder of my pregnancy, so I won't be returning to work at
this point as I have short term disability that will last until
maternity leave and then I will be a stay at home mom.
I have gained a total of 15lbs during pregnancy, but that doesn't include the 50lbs I gained during IVF treatments.
