I have been going to bed early and only waking once to urinate. I woke up this morning feeling so tired and I slept all night. Slight cramping this am.

Hungry ALL.THE.TIME.

I told Nick last night that it still doesn't feel real to me. It almost doesn't feel REAL that I am pregnant as I am still on so many medications, so it still feels like we are still trying. It feels like all the symptoms of pregnancy are just side effects from medications. I am hoping to hear a heartbeat tomorrow to make everything come full circle.

Update. We couldn’t hear the heartbeat, but could see it!
